And although many don’t agree, There are no rules as to what constitutes a true Christmas movie, so if you enjoy watching Die Hard at Christmastime, the creators say it is, and you believe it’s a Christmas movie….then it is!

  • Hans Gruber exclaims โ€œItโ€™s Christmas, Theo, itโ€™s a time for miracles.โ€
  • Events of the film take place on Christmas Eve
  • John McClain is trying to return home to his family for Christmas – Classic Christmas movie storyline. 
  • An office Christmas party Features in the film

However, Bruce Willis has been quoted saying โ€œDie Hard is not a Christmas movie! Itโ€™s a goddamn Bruce Willis movie!โ€ but that’s most likely his big fat ego talking!
